INFORMATION

The Cottonlove Crafthouse is a ladies only retreat located at:

5634 North State Hwy 97, Sand Springs OK 74063. Look for the Barn Quilt at the Gate.

We are 28 minutes from Tulsa International Airport, and 20 minutes from Downtown Tulsa. 

AMENITIES

The Cottonlove Crafthouse was built in 2024 and sleeps 8 guests. We have 2 bedrooms with 4 twin beds each, and 2 bathrooms with showers. There is shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer in each bathroom. All bedroom and bathroom linens are provided.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, range, double ovens, dishwasher, wine fridge, stainless steel sink, and granite countertops. The kitchen is stocked with basic dry goods and condiments. We provide all tableware, cookware, and utensils. We have a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers.

There is a spacious dining room table separate from the craft area. There is also a seating area that features a fully stocked coffee bar with a TV, fireplace, and craft book library.

Enjoy time outside on our 500 square foot porch with 8 rocking chairs with quilts. We will be finishing a greenhouse on property in 2025. The owners of the crafthouse also live on property in separate houses and are happy to assist with anything during your stay if needed. Both owners are female and one owner is a registered nurse.

We have many craft amenities for you to utilize while you're here! We provide 8 L-shaped desks with comfortable and supportive chairs. There is a wool ironing mat and mini iron at each desk by request. We have a 4x8 foot cutting table on castor wheels, as well as two large ironing stations. We have two Accuquilt GO BIG! fabric cutting machines with a variety of dies for you to use if you would like. There is a T-shirt press on site as well! 

We provide large fabric cutting mats. Please bring your own rotary cutters and any rulers you would like. We also have two large utility tub sinks for painters and fabric dyers.

We are excited to offer the full line of Ruby & Bee quilting cottons on site. Please let us know if you would like any yardage cut during your stay!

We also have a Baby Lock Longarm on site. Please inquire about usage and introductory classes.


PRICING

Each retreat group will have a leader that will handle collecting each person's retreat fees to remit to Paige at time of booking. 

3 Night Retreat (example: check-in on Thursday at noon, check-out on Sunday at noon) $2,200 (ex. $275 per person for an 8 person retreat). Requires a non-refundable deposit of $400 with a final balance of $1800 60 days prior to your retreat. Prices do not include tax.

4 Night Retreat (example: check-in on Wednesday at noon, check-out on Sunday at noon) $2,800 (ex. $350 per person for an 8 person retreat). Requires a non-refundable deposit of $400 with a final balance of $2,400 60 days prior to your retreat. Prices do not include tax.

5 Night Retreat (example: check-in on Tuesday at noon, check-out on Sunday at noon) $3,400 (ex. $425 per person for an 8 person retreat). Requires a non-refundable deposit of $400 with a final balance of $3,000 60 days prior to your retreat. Prices do not include tax.

 

MEALS

We do not offer cooked meals at the Cottonlove Crafthouse. However, a Continental Breakfast can be provided for an additional fee per request.

There are many restaurants in Sand Springs that Cater, and we can deliver catering for an additional fee per request.

GUIDELINES

For the comfort of all guests, we do not allow candles, pets, smoking, or vaping in the crafthouse. Drug use is absolutely prohibited. Guests over the age of 21 are welcome to enjoy alcohol in moderation during their stay. Guests under the age of 18 have to be accompanied by a parent during your stay.
